Rincon Sailing wins US Sailing Community Sailing Award

The 2011 Community Sailing Awards were at US Sailing's 2012 National Sailing Program Symposium in Long Beach, California.
Rincon Sailing is the 2011 award winner for the US Sailing Community Sailing Outstanding Outreach and Inclusion Award. The award is given annually to a Program Director or Program that has made notable contributions to promote public access sailing by finding and including people in their program that would normally have no access to sailing.   
Rincon Sailing is honored & proud of this acknowledgment. We are motivated to continue the mission: connect people of all ages, skills, and means to the waters of Puerto Rico. Rincon Sailing, through educational and recreational sailing programs, hopes to stimulate personal growth and an enduring respect and enjoyment of the sea.

PUR Rios & Monllor win I420 North Americans

Congratulations to Puerto Rico sailors Raul Rios & Fernando Monllor from FVPR on the 1st place finish at the I420 North American Championship Regatta. With impressive finishing scores of 6, 5, 3, (9), 3, 1, 3, 3, 6, 2 for combined total of 32 points after the throwout respectively.
